What''s the job?The Academic Administration Coordinator provides high-quality, student-centred academic administration and support across the student lifecycle. You''ll work closely with academic staff and key stakeholders to deliver accurate course administration, results processing, records management and project support.This role supports core academic governance activities, including course accreditation and renewal, course builds, scheduling, progression and exam committees, data reporting and compliance with academic policy.With a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, you''ll partner with academic leaders and professional teams to uphold academic quality, improve processes and contribute to positive student outcomes.Principal accountabilities are (but not limited to):Implement faculty wide academic administrative process improvements across the student life-cycle, in relation to learning and teaching requirements and project scope and deliverables.Manage administrative aspects of academic governance committees, including Faculty Learning and Teaching, Examination, Academic Progression, Curriculum Committee, and Course Advisory, ensuring actions and outcomes are aligned with the Terms of Reference, policy and proceduresEnsure course and subject level curriculum data captured and created within academic administration processes is validated and maintained with the highest levels of integritySupport compliance with relevant legislation, HE and VET regulatory standards, professional requirements and guidelines relating to academic administration, including provision of advice on course data management issuesSupport administrative processes and draft submissions for course related and professional association activities associated with course accreditation and course review, notification of material changes and other related matters, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and the integrity of course data is maintainedWho you are:A minimum of 3 years'' experiences within the VET or Higher Education/Dual Sector.TEQSA and ASQA regulatory guidelines and standardsExperience in student records, results processing, or certification documentation within Higher Education or VET is highly desirable.Experience in managing and leading high performing academic administration teams to support quality outcomes and VET and/or Higher Education regulatory requirementsTo view the full job desciption, please click here.This is a campus based full-time permanent position.Why join us?
