The hotel consists of 308 rooms overlooking the picturesque Hindmarsh Square and has a reputation second to none Job Description What you will be doing:Be engaged in general cleaning duties within our kitchens, including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a commercial kitchen.Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfacesKeeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructionResponsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipmentAssisting employees who are cookingAssembling and preparing ingredients for cookingPerforming general pantry duties Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred; as to, an understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.Organized and a great team playerPassionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment Additional Information What are the benefits?We believe that work should be fun, for you and our guests, and give you opportunities to learn and grow yourself and others.
