Job Description Food & Beverage ManagerAs Food & Beverage Manager you will assume full responsibility for managing and overseeing the Food & Beverage department including, Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing.What you will be doing:Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (Restaurant, Bar & Conferencing), ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of performance, training, and continuous improvement.Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.Work with the Kitchen team to refine menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that align with guest preferences.Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications Your Experience and Skills:Previous experience in leading a team in a hotel or restaurantenvironmentwill be highly regarded,The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,Previous experience with a POS System; we currently use ShijiExcellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentationExceptional organisational skills and an ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with competing priorities.Currently hold or be willing and able to obtaina Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and senior First Aid certification.
