With construction already underway, this civil scope includes excavation, formwork, reinforcement, final trim, and backfill. As the project gains momentum, we''re now seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor specialising in Piping.This role is based at the Iluka Rare Earth Refinery site in Eneabba, approximately 274km north of Perth, Western Australia.We offer a 2:1 DIDO roster, providing a balanced schedule that supports both productivity and personal wellbeing. All transportation to and from site is provided via Perth Airport.The RoleThe responsibilities include:Oversee the safe and efficient execution of Piping - SMPCoordinate and supervise assigned project tasks across multiple disciplinesReview and process material take-offs to support project deliveryLiaise with client representatives to address technical queriesPrepare and review documentation to support work execution and complianceSupport the development of as-built documentation, particularly for piping and structural installationsOrganise and manage project testing and inspection requirementsCompile weekly progress reports and maintain accurate daily and monthly reportingUpdate project schedules and timelines as neededEnsure completion of field inspection checklists in collaboration with client representativesApply quality control procedures and uphold company standards for assuranceMaintain clear and professional documentation, correspondence, and recordsPerform general supervisory duties as required to meet operational needsAbout YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related tradeWorking at heights and Confined SpaceS26 CertificateWhite CardMinimum five (5) years'' experience in a similar roleProficient knowledge in MS Office suiteCivmec + YouAt Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a ''Never Assume'' culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
