We''re growing fast and proud of our down-to-earth, high-trust culture. About the Role The People & Culture Business Partner is a strategic advisor and key enabler of our people strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning business goals and strategy across two key client groups. What You''ll Do Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.Develop and implement P&C policies, frameworks, and culture-building initiatives.Design, develop, and deliver learning and organisational development (L&OD) programs for leaders and employees.Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance, engagement, culture, and organisational change.Present key P&C initiatives such as performance reviews, salary reviews, DEI sessions, and engagement programs.What we''d love to see 8+ years'' experience in Human Resources / People & Culture.Experience in a tech environment (software, hardware, cloud, infrastructure) or within a large, complex organisation with strong white-collar exposure.Proven ability to coach, consult, and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and technical teams.Strong capability in L&D/L&OD, including designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs for leaders and employees.Experience presenting P&C initiatives - such as performance cycles, remuneration reviews, and engagement activities - to large and senior audiences.Benefits $130,000 $140,000 + Superannuation + Bonus + AllowancesCompany benefits including discounted lifestyle services such as health insurance, salary packaging, and half-day Fridays once a monthFlexible hybrid work options and real work/life balanceConvenient CBD location with modern officesPlanned career progression pathwaysOur culture The AC3 Way People here have real relationships that go beyond work, and maintaining our awesome culture is a top priority at AC3.
