Job Descriptions:B.W. Machinery is looking for an experienced, full-time small engine mechanic who has an interest in engines and the mechanical workings of machinery.The position would involve servicing and repairs to outdoor power equipment (eg. Push lawn mowers, Ride-on Mowers, Trimmers/Brushcutters, Chainsaws, Blowers and etc.) in our workshop.Salary depends on levels of experience.Tasks will include:Detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and partsDismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and checking partsRepairing and replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed.Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of power equipment and ensure compliance with pollution regulationsReassembling engines and parts after being repaired, testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performanceOpportunity for a management positionMonday to Friday ShiftsSponsorship available for 482 VISAThe successful applicant will be working in our Kingston Mowers store, at 303 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham 3192.This will be an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our hard-working team, we look forward to your application.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $65,000.00 $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Salary packagingVisa sponsorshipApplication Question(s):Do you require sponsorship to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a small engine mechanic?What''s your expected annual base salary?Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
