About the Role:Equilibrium Manufacturing is a growing high-protein food manufacturing companyproducing cookies, bars, muffins, and other functional food products. We are seekingenergetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team,working across the Oven Room and Cold Room.This is a precision-based role requiring high attention to detail to maintain productquality and consistency.Key Responsibilities:Bake products at specific temperatures, with each product requiring differentbaking conditionsClosely monitor ovens to ensure correct baking times and temperaturesLoad and unload trays from ovens once products are fully bakedFlip trays during the baking process as requiredMaintain strict quality, food safety, and hygiene standardsTransfer baked goods to the cold room for controlled coolingEnsure products are cooled correctly before handlingDe-tray products carefully once cooledPack finished products into crates according to company standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation in the cold roomGeneral:Work across both oven and cold room areas as requiredFollow workplace health and safety proceduresSupport team members to meet daily production targetsAbout You:Highly attentive and able to follow detailed instructionsReliable, punctual, and physically fitComfortable working in Oven room and cold environmentsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAvailable for flexible shiftsFood manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $29$31Flexible shift schedulingTraining and skill developmentOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding food manufacturing companySupportive and team-oriented workplaceJob Types: Part-time, CasualPay: $29.00 $31.00 per hourWork Location: In person
