Reporting to the Regional Manager or NSW Account Management Lead, you''ll work closely with our Regional, Metropolitan, and Young Member Communities to deliver networking and professional development activities, manage strategic relationships, and ensure our members are supported and connected.Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver locally tailored engagement activities and events for our member communitiesAct as a liaison between members and CA ANZ, ensuring member needs and feedback are representedCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive positive member outcomesPromote CA ANZ products and services, including the CA Program and professional development offeringsUse a variety of communication channels, including social media, to connect with membersHandle sensitive and confidential member referrals with professionalism and careABOUT YOU23 years'' experience in stakeholder or relationship management, ideally in a professional services or member-based environmentProven ability to develop and coordinate events and engagement activitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and presentationsSkilled in building trust and managing relationships across diverse groupsSelf-starter with strong time management, problem-solving, and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce)Commercial awareness and a member-focused mindsetBusiness degree or professional qualification (desired)ABOUT USChartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) represents more than 140,000 financial professionals, supporting them to make a meaningful difference in the communities where they work and live.
