What You''ll Do Attend customer properties to assess damage, quantify repairs, and authorise settlements. Negotiate and manage repair scopes, variations, and total loss settlements with suppliers and customers.Monitorrepairs through to completion, resolving delays and ensuring quality outcomes. Drive cost-effective solutions with suppliers to meet agreed targets for claims costs. Collaborate with claims teams and partners to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Identifyopportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What You''ll Bring Minimum 3 years'' experience in property assessing, loss adjusting, or construction trades. Strong understanding of claims management processes and repair methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Current driver''s licence andabilityto travel asrequired.
