In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and supporting patients reach their health outcomesThis position would be a great fit for a proactive individual who is autonomous and passionate about providing excellent Healthcare service in the area of obstructive sleep apnea management and Home OxygenAs a CPAP Therapy Consultant/Home Care Technician, you will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored and effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Initial point of contact for both new and existing clientsOffer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirementsProvide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patientsEducate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment optionsCollaborate with healthcare professionals and service providersPromote and upsell our product range and servicesMaintain and sterilise clinic equipmentSet up and Deliver Home Oxygen to patients in their home and Aged Care facilitiesAdministration tasks including but not limited to stock managementAre you a MATCH?Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments highly regardedGood communication skillsExperience with customer service across all stages of customer interactionKeen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplinesStrong organisational and administrational skillsExperience and confidence operating a commercial vehicle in a safe mannerSafe driving technique, knowledge of Albury and surrounding areasReasonable fit: comfortable moving cylinders and medical equipment that range in weight from 4 to 20kg.
