For many families, Co-Hive has restored hope for a future their young person can feel proud of - one grounded in purpose, independence, contribution, and meaningful success.About the RoleAs Co-Hive continues to grow and expand into new communities, we are appointing a Marketing & Communications Lead to strengthen how we share our story, impact, and values.This is a senior lead role working within a strong, collaborative leadership team. You will partner closely with the Community Engagement Manager, CEO, and wider team to shape and deliver marketing and communications that are clear, engaging, and outcomes-focused.You will lead and manage Co-Hive''s Social Media & Communications Team, primarily based offshore. This requires flexible working hours, strong planning, and excellent communication to ensure content is accurate, timely, and grounded in real activity across Co-Hive.This role suits someone who can move quickly, think creatively, and work strategically, translating complex work into clear, compelling messaging across digital and print platforms.Key Responsibility Areas:1. Brand, Storytelling & Creative DirectionLead storytelling that clearly communicates Co-Hive''s values, impact, and community across online and print platforms.Develop creative narratives that bring programs, participants, and outcomes to life in authentic and respectful ways.Ensure all communications are consistent, accessible, and aligned with Co-Hive''s voice as we expand into new communities.2. Digital Strategy, Social Media & CampaignsLead social media and digital strategy with a strong focus on storytelling, audience engagement, and growth.Deliver campaigns that build awareness, increase engagement, and support enrolments and community partnerships.Stay across online trends and audience behaviour to ensure messaging remains relevant and effective.3. Team Leadership & SystemsLead and support the Social Media & Communications Team, including offshore staff, through clear workflows and collaboration.Provide timely feedback, quality oversight, and strong communication across time zones.Build simple, effective systems that support creativity, consistency, and responsiveness.About YouYou will bring relevant experience and qualifications aligned to this role, along with a strong understanding of best practice in your field.You are someone who:Is a collaborative, creative marketing and communications leader with a strong track record as a storyteller.Has proven experience (7+ years in marketing and communications) and (4+years in leadership positions and delivering strategy.Has strong writing and communication skills, with experience adapting messaging for different audiences and platforms.Has a systems mindset, balancing creativity with structure and planning.Has a high digital capability across tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Webflow, CRM systems, analytics, and automation.Learns quickly, works collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-changing, purpose-driven environment.Preferred: experience in the disability or NFP sector.
