Access salary packaging to increase take home payPart Time (45.6 hours per fortnight), Maximum Term until 30 June 2026Based in WerribeeYour new roleAs a Housing Case Manager, you will provide support and case management to singles and families over 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness within the Wyndham municipality.Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:Conducting assessments and managing intake in line with agency policiesProviding tailored, client-focused case managementInforming clients of their rights and responsibilities and encourage active decision-makingAdvocate on the behalf of clients regarding housing and related issues and connect them with a range of support services to meet their individual needs.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isn''t easy, but it matters.
