Casual Receptionist for Nedlands Podiatry and Cambridge Podiatry with cover shifts available at surrounding clinics.This is a casual position with availability needed mainly on Wednesdays in Wembley (8-6) and Fridays in Nedlands (8-4) and the potential for Saturdays.We are also looking for someone with flexibility to assist with covering annual leave at our other locations including Cannington, Scarborough and Balcatta.Own transport and rights to work within Australia is essential.This is unlike any standard repetitive reception role and requires the successful applicant to have the following qualities:Bright and bubbly personalityIndependence & motivationWork as part of a teamAmazing customer serviceProfessionalismProblem solvingReliableResponsibleDrivers License and willingness to travel to different locations if neededFlexible with work hoursPay as per the Health professionals support services award. Advertised pay represents adult rate, over 21.We currently have 14 clinics across Perth with our own reception working onsite at 8 of them.This role requires:A reasonable understanding of computer systems or a willingness to learnAnswering calls from different locationsMaking appointments and amending bookingsProcessing online claims and payments via EFTPOS or HICAPSBanking and reconciliationAs a part of a large team of healthcare professionals it is also required that support be provided to our clinicians, this could include the following:Sterilising toolsCleaning and organising the clinicCalling clientsManaging the clinicians diaryAll training is provided and this role is suitable for all experience levels.If you are interested in this position please send us a short cover letter with your resume and we will contact you if we feel you may be suitable.Job Type: CasualPay: From $32.18 per hourWork Location: In person
