Skilled Trade Assistants x4: Commercial Bathroom & EOT Refurbishment ProjectLocation: Sydney CBDDuration: 2 month contract - 12th Jan startRate: $35-50 an hour incl. superWe are seeking a team of 4 Skilled Trade Assistants of varying levels to join a high-performing crew delivering refurbishment, repair and upgrade works across commercial bathrooms, wet areas and end-of-trip (EOT) facilities for offices in the CBD. One team member will take on a leadership role, while two others should possess carpentry skills.This project offers consistent work from mid-January through early March, operating under a structured construction program with clear scope, sequencing and support from specialist trades. Successful completion of this project will lead to future programs of work.About the RoleYou''ll be working as part of a small onsite team handling a mix of surface preparation, minor repairs, installation and carpentry tasks. Major materials will be supplied; you''ll bring your own general tools and consumables.Key ResponsibilitiesSurface preparation: cleaning, patching, primingMinor repairs to walls, ceilings, trims, cubicles and cabinetryTile repairs, re-grouting, silicone worksInstalling and aligning fixtures, trims and splashback panelsRepairing or replacing bathroom/EOT fittings (taps, seats, mirrors, showerheads, dispensers etc.)Ceiling grid realignment, tile replacement and light touch-up paintingBasic plumbing and electrical repairs (e.g., swapping LED fittings, minor fixes)Shower screen/door repairs, vanity-leg replacement, locker installationSupporting protective measures, removal/reinstall of scheduled items and detailed end-of-works cleaningDefect rectification and handover supportWhat We''re Looking ForMUST HAVE:Skilled Trades Assist OR general commercial refurbishment experienceABN (sole trader OR company)White cardAvailability to start 12th JanPublic Liability insurance is required before starting.
