Our practice provides comprehensive support through all stages of project development, including initial planning, financing, construction and operation.Our team works with clients across various sectors such as energy, transportation, real estate and public infrastructure, offering expertise in structuring and negotiating project agreements, managing regulatory compliance and mitigating risks. We also assist clients in securing funding through various financial instruments and navigating complex financial transactions.
