Come join us.The OpportunityWe''re seeking a commercially driven National SMB & Perimeter Manager to lead the growth and execution of our SMB and Perimeter strategies across Australia.Reporting to the National Key Accounts Leader Australia, this role focuses on building market position and driving profitable growth through strong partner, customer, and influencer relationships.As part of #TeamGallagher, you will:Lead SMB & Perimeter growth: Develop and deliver national strategies that drive profitable business growthBuild key relationships: Establish and grow partnerships with channel partners, clients, and industry influencersStrengthen the partner channel: Enhance partner engagement, capability, and alignment with Gallagher''s global partner programmeSupport sales execution: Provide in-market support including partner enablement, system design input, and tender assistanceInform product and market direction: Share customer, competitor, and market insights to support product and service developmentPlan, forecast, and report: Deliver accurate sales planning, forecasting, and reporting aligned to business strategyThe FitTo be successful in this role, you''ll bring a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building capability, and technical understanding within the security or adjacent technology sectors.You''ll also have:5+ years'' experience in business development or sales within a B2B IT, security systems, or international/export environmentExperience in Commercial Access Control and/or Perimeter SecurityAbility to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiencesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategyExperience supporting tender responses and major account developmentProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsA disciplined, results-driven approach with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguityA collaborative style and the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, technical, product, and operations teamsAbility to travel nationally on a regular basisA current security license or the ability to obtain oneSecurity systems installation experience is desirable but not essential.Why Gallagher?At Gallagher, you''ll join a future-focused, high-performing team with a supportive and values-led culture.
