You will help drive early career success within our Global SDR organization by developing new hires and ensuring our reps hit the ground running. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to ensure that SDRs ramps to productivity within 90 days, with consistent reinforcement, live coaching, and performance accountability.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating skill development, driving quota attainment, and fostering regional alignment across Vanta''s rapidly scaling global SDR organization.
