You will also support depot operations through effective stock management, proactive administration, and adherence to operational and safety requirements, ensuring the depot runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Handling incoming phone calls, including customer enquiries and order takingGeneral office and administrative dutiesCounter sales of LubricantsStock ManagementYard maintenance dutiesThe successful applicant will have:A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customersThe ability to manage multiple prioritiesThe ability to show initiative, work autonomously, and identify opportunities to improve processes and day-to-day operationsExcellent phone manner and communication skillsCompetency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word & ExcelForklift licence (preferred)Lubricant industry experience (preferred)Local area knowledge (advantage)About UsLowes Petroleum Service was born in the heart of regional Australia, and while it is now one of the nation''s most trusted fuel and lubricant suppliers, we have remained country at heart.
