Our purpose: Life Unlimited.This role will accelerate growth of Advanced Wound Management (AWM) products in the Hospitalchannel by managing strategic Hospital accounts.What will you be doing?Achieve sales targets within assigned regions.Review territory plans regularly with Line Manager.Establish sales tactics that are strategically aligned to achieve territory salesand profit growth targets.- Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions tomaximize the return on investment.- Be fully conversant with assigned products through ongoing study and revision of product literature.- Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective actionwhere appropriate.- Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings.- Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problemsolving, contributing innovative ideas, and offering constructive opinions leading to improved individual and team effectiveness.- Be fully conversant with and ensure everyone embraces the Smith+Nephew''svision, mission, and values in all day-to-day action.- OH&S - Complies with the company''s occupational health and safety systemand maintain a safe and secure working environment.- EEO - Ensure personal compliance of the Company''s equal employmentresponsibilities.What will you need to be successful?Bachelor''s Degree or similar in Business and a valid driver''s licenseStrong Sales experience in medical salesProven experience in working and presenting to all levels of Public and Private Hospitals.In depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia, working knowledge of wound care or related area.Computer proficiency in MS Office and Ability to interpret and present clinical data.To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
