You will work hand in hand with our 3PL partner and their teams, fostering a "One Team" culture. You will also have touchpoints with Nike''s geography partners, supporting solution management, reporting, and best practice sharing.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a Logistics Planning Specialist with an understanding of the retail distribution landscape within Australia, a people-first mindset. The ideal candidate is a change advocate, a pragmatic problem solver, who supports and drives growth in logistics operations. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving efficiency and accuracy across logistics processes, and championing diversity and inclusion.Bachelor''s degree or equivalent Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics subject exposure preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics & operations management, performance & costing.Working knowledge of 3PL distribution within Australia and New Zealand, with an ability to work across a matrix environment.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Proficiency in SAP, WMS, TMS, advanced Microsoft Office.Strong analytical skills including cost modelling, performance management, and financial review.WHAT YOU''LL WORK ONAs a Logistics Planning Specialist, you will:Oversee daily logistics operations across planning, inventory, transport, and distribution.Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely and accurate inbound/outbound flows.Track performance improvements through KPI tracking and process optimization.Support strategic business initiatives with a focus on cost reduction.Contribute to weekly forecasting, labor planning, and reporting.Represent logistics in daily operations calls and monthly goal-setting sessions.Support workflow into logistics operations and appraise processing in line with expected volume requirements and performance against plan.Perform key operational controls, including inventory management programs, compliance indicators.Drive a culture of continuous improvement through facilitation of internal audits and operational excellence mindset.NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
