This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background and an interest in WID files to join a national leader in insurance investigations. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the effective coordination of referrals, assisting investigators, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Based at our Alexandria Head Office, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in insurance investigations within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and triage of Work Injury Damages referrals and allocate matters to investigators.Provide support to investigators throughout the lifecycle of WID files, ensuring timely and accurate progression.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure service excellence.Monitor and track file progress to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and relevant Codes.Assist with quality control (QC) checks to ensure accurate, high-quality outcomes.Contribute to statistical reporting, file auditing, and identifying process improvements.Collaborate with the team to explore opportunities for portfolio growth and improved performance.About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A legal background or experience working in insurance, legal, or Work Injury Damages files (highly desirable).Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.A keen interest in Work Injury Damages and a desire to grow your knowledge and expertise in this area.The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Procare?
