Job DescriptionPart-Time (0.6FTE)Ongoing positionBased at our Ferntree Gully officeon the lands of the Wurundjeri People + Outreach + Flexible$50 - $60ph depending on yrs of experience + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550Interviews to commence in the new yearYour role, your impactJoin Each''s passionate NDIS Childrens Therapy Service team and make a real difference in the lives of children aged 09 with developmental delay or disability. As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, you''ll deliver evidence-based therapy that empowers families and builds capacity in natural settings. Your work will help children achieve their goals and thrive in their everyday environments.You''ll report to the Team Leader and collaborate closely with transdisciplinary colleagues, educators, families and external service providers to ensure holistic, family-centred care.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality occupational therapy services in homes, schools, and community settings.Lead as a key worker within a transdisciplinary model, supporting team members and families.Identify goals and implement strategies using a coaching approach to build parent and educator capacity.Facilitate group programs and prepare resources for natural environments.Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity targets under NDIS and fee-for-service models.One designated day per week to deliver fee-for-service work under the Chronic Disease Management(CDM) program, including completing required documentation and meeting service expectations.Who we''re looking forBachelor''s degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.Experience working with children with developmental delay or disability and their families.Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based OT interventions.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.Current driver''s licence, own vehicle, and cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check.A Medicare Provider Number is required, or a willingness to obtain one.
