Many activities are high priority and require quick action, including booking projects, document control, and purchasing support.Responsible for:Provide administrative support to the department and project teams by following instructions and supporting documentation.Set up and book projects in the system, including planning and setting up billing terms.Maintain document control of projects, record any documentation provided by the project manager or team, and ensure all inputs and outputs are saved and traceable.Support the project manager with the invoicing process as needed.Perform procurement activities, including creating vendors in the system, preparing purchase orders, keeping the traceability register updated, and preparing items for shipping.Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.Understand, create, simplify.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsProven Expertise in Microsoft Office programsAbility to learn and communicate technical information.Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentAbility to work independently and take initiativeBackground check results satisfactory to SELPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Lotus NotesKnowledge of Agile project management skills, techniques, and terminologyKnowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminology
