We''re hiring a high-energy Talent Sourcer to help us find, attract, and win the people who will build the next chapter of Lyrebird.This is a role for someone who wants to be on the front lines of hiring. You are our first impression in the market the person starting conversations, building belief, and pulling exceptional people into Lyrebird''s orbit long before they''re actively looking.You''ll spend most of your time out in the market: proactively sourcing, directly engaging world-class talent, and building long-term relationships across commercial, technical, and product roles. This is an ownership role at the tip of the spear. You will lead early hiring conversations, set the quality bar, shape how Lyrebird is perceived by candidates, and directly influence who enters our hiring pipeline.About LyrebirdLyrebird Health is an AI-driven ambient scribe and clinical documentation platform. We help hospitals and health systems reduce administrative burden and improve care quality by turning real clinical conversations into accurate clinical notes that flow into EPRs and other downstream systems.
