Join us.The Digital Deployment Consultant is responsible for leading the Annual Deployment Plan (ADP) for Caterpillar dealers, supporting the dealer Digital Deployment Roadmaps for the full suite of Caterpillar systems and application deployments that drive Caterpillar''s Services Growth Strategy. This role ensures successful alignment and completion of prioritized digital deployments, acting as a bridge between dealers, districts, product owners, and Cat Digital teams through structured governance and proactive engagement.ADP Digital Deployment Consultant Will Do:Deployment Planning & ExecutionConduct annual deployment planning for digital initiatives for dealers ADPReview previous years deployment progress and any carry forwardValidate deployment capacity with Caterpillar DealersEnsure Caterpillar dealer understands of each deployment, its value, benefits and deployment required actions (time savings, cost efficiency, customer experience, etc)Data Accuracy & Reporting ManagementEnsure all dealer commitment and project progress is capture in required Reporting and Status DashboardsEscalate and engage appropriate team for off-target initiativesEngage PMO and Product Owners for context and resolutionCaterpillar Dealer Engagement and SupportBe a trusted advisor for Caterpillar dealers, maintaining strong relationships with Dealer and Caterpillar stakeholders.Understand dealer systems and future upgrade/migration plansMaintain regular engagement cadence with all assigned Caterpillar DealersProvide specific consultant on project/initiatives within the ADPHighlight key milestones and targets for Caterpillar dealersTechnical & Process GovernanceAlign to defined ADP program and process ensuring transparency for Caterpillar Dealer around initiative deliveryDeliver Digital Deployment Roadmaps tailored to each assigned dealer.Provide meeting summaries & program updates for dealers and internal partnersEnsure all defined actions with dealers and internal teams are progressed and delivered.Document risk mitigation steps for off-target initiativesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor''s Degree.Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in digital deployments, IT operations, or program/project management.Ability to simplify complex information and create clear communications and presentations for diverse audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive issues and persuading stakeholders inside and outside the organization.Technical background with a solid understanding of IT systems and their interactions.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with several dealers simultaneously.Proficiency in collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams) and dashboards (Power BI).Demonstrated experience influencing others and working across a matrixed organisation.Skill Descriptors - What You Will HaveProject Administration:Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organisational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.Level Extensive Experience:Reports dependencies, conflicts, and completion date status to project management team.Helps others to develop in-depth knowledge of project administration process.Makes sure project problems are surfaced and reported to appropriate project personnel.Implements planned and ad-hoc communications to and from affected parties.Monitors progress and generates project variance analysis reports.Decision Making and Critical Thinking:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.Level Working Knowledge:Tracks issues and potential problems to ensure maximum preparedness for IT projects.Uses Gantt and PERT/CPM charts to report IT project progress to management and clients.Revisits and reworks individual work plans to ensure intermediate deadlines are attainable.Conducts regular ad-hoc progress meetings with IT project teams.Tracks and reports on the progress made in an IT project team.IT Project Management:Knowledge of project management;
