Company :Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdHastings Deering is searching for an exceptional Sales Support Advisor to join our high-performing Resource Industries team.The successful candidate will ensure every step from quote to delivery runs with precision, clarity and customer focus. You will be the internal conduit between our technical, commercial and operational teams the person who ensures everything is aligned, documented and delivered on time.If you''re highly organised, thrive on detail and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, this is the role for you.What you''ll be doing:Coordinate the full lifecycle of customer orders for new mining equipment and capital parts from quote to delivery and final customer acceptancePrepare accurate quotations and manage invoicing and build cost trackingDrive post-build reviews and improve the performance of standard jobsLead tender specification reviews and collaborate across internal stakeholdersProvide accurate equipment build status updates to Account Managers and customersLiaise with suppliers, Caterpillar, shipping partners and customs agents to ensure end-to-end alignmentMaintain data integrity in internal sales systems and documentationProvide timely, professional communication and reporting to all stakeholdersSupport and coordinate complex new equipment deliveries - including site travel as requiredWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience in sales coordination, order management or project support ideally in mining, industrial or heavy machinery sectorsAcute attention to detail and confidence working with budgets, quotes and delivery schedulesStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlinesComfortable collaborating across departments, managing processes and proactively resolving roadblocksConfident communicator able to work effectively with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systemKnowledge of Caterpillar equipment, BHP/BMA sites, or a mechanical/technical background is highly desirableTertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics or related field (preferred but not essential)Why join us?Competitive remuneration with annual salary reviewsSalary continuance insurancePaid parental leaveEmployee discounts health insurance, vehicles, travel and moreFlexibility and inclusion at the core of our culture through our Together as One programOngoing training, career development and progression opportunitiesA team that values your contribution, encourages collaboration, and recognises your effortsHow to applyReady to join?
