Referral Management Process referrals in line with departmental policies and proceduresEnsure all patient data is accurately entered into the patient administration system and the EMRProcess referrals in a timely manner to ensure departmental KPI''s are adhered toMonitor and closure of discharged referrals3. Patient Data Maintenance Apply policies and procedures in all aspects of workManage Patient Records in accordance with standardsParticipate in Quality ActivitiesParticipate in staff education to ensure quality of data entry is maintained and correct procedures are followedScanning of referral documentationCreation of patient recordsEnter and maintain accurate data within iPM4.
