You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers, providers/stakeholders and family/support networks whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through on a specialised group of claims. You will support workers who are looking for new employment opportunities.This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaideoffice, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers with reasonable claim costsLiaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions in order to support injured workers to independently seek new employment opportunities.Assess aspects of liability and recovery relevant to the legislation or policy, in accordance with EML procedures if required.Undertake ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements, payments and medical expenses.Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker''s wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.ABOUT YOUStrong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiencesHigh organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelySound analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical, outcome driven solutionsKnowledge of medical terminology gained through relevant work experience or formal studies within tertiary allied health fieldsKnowledge of case management or job seeking principles is desiredWHAT WE OFFERWe stand together as equals.
