Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of goods and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask.The Dispatch position is pivotal to providing dispatch of goods in full.The role ensures that our quality goods are packed as required and sent on time to our valued customers.Core Duties:Coordinate loadings and collections with couriers.Ensure all product conforms to specifications and are packaged appropriately.Ensure correct amounts of product units are packaged and sent.Completion of dispatch documentation.Ensure urgent jobs are given priority for dispatch and other daily jobs dispatched accordingly.Perform other duties as directed from time to time by the National Procurement-Supply Chain Manager.Additional Duties:Requirement to complete training for the Incoming, Stock Picking and Purchasing roles where applicable.Requirement to complete the duties of the Incoming, Stock Picking and the Purchasing roles where applicable but not concurrently (this may be in an Adhoc situation or via a Quarterly Rotation dependent on the needs of the business).Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in dispatching or logisticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQualifications:Certificate III in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing) or sufficient experience in a similar environmentRequirements:Demonstrated flexibility to perform a variety of tasks in relation to the volume and range of work both on hand and incomingIntermediate level of PC skills including basic Microsoft productsData entry skillsTime management skillsAbility to use basic hand toolsForklift LicenceDriver LicenceCompany OverviewPacific Hoseflex helps clients design and manufacture fluid transfer products to ensure their facilities and systems operate at full capacity.
