We are seeking an experienced and confident Security Manager to lead security operations at one of Australia''s most iconic entertainment destinations.This is a high-profile, client-facing role responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and positive experience of patrons, staff, and stakeholders. You will oversee day-to-day security operations, lead a dedicated on-site team, and act as the key point of contact between Luna Park management and our business.This role requires an exceptional standard of professionalism, strong leadership, excellent judgement, and the ability to operate calmly and professionally in a dynamic public environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all security operations at Luna Park, ensuring a safe and welcoming environmentAct as the primary liaison with Luna Park stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationshipsSupervise, mentor, and support security personnel, including shift leaders and supervisorsManage incident response, investigations, reporting, and escalation processesEnsure compliance with WHS legislation, licensing requirements, and site-specific proceduresCoordinate security coverage for events, peak periods, and special activitiesMonitor service delivery standards and drive continuous improvementEnsure accurate rostering, attendance management, and reportingRepresent the business professionally at all times in a high-visibility public settingAbout YouYou are a proactive and approachable security leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
