You have the flexibility to work a variety of shift times available including evening, active and sleepover nightsIn this role you will work on the front line of our Consumer Directed Services, delivering a wide range of services to support participants activities of daily living. This role requires you will work closely with the person to ensure their individual needs are met.Home Care Workers are the front line of our programs, providing consumers with the personalised support to assist our participants to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. No day will be the same and may include providing supports such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management.
