Come transform the future with us What is a typical workday?Responsabilities: Prepare daily reports; Process pending packages and returns; Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center; Contact customers by phone and / or email occasionally; Collaborate withthe call center, delivery partners and operation supervisors; Data entry as needed; Escalate special cases to supervisors; Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.Qualifications: Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportationwould be assets; 2 years of experience in a customer service position; Strong customer services skills; Being dynamic and customer focused; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and othersoftware.Sending packages should be simple.Dragonfly stands for a different way of doing e-commerce delivery in Australia.Drawing on over three decades of experience as a market leader in Canada, Dragonfly is a new subsidiary that is hitting the ground running.
