This role, based out of our HaberfieldHub will ensure the business has vehicles readily available to our customers via various product lines. The role will be responsible for ensuring our fleet is, cleaned, serviced, and damage assessed prior to handing over the keys.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/chargeControlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidyMovement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc)Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehiclesOrganisation of depot at the end of each day ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secureAssisting stakeholders with vehicle pickups Service, Accident repairsEnsuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completedReceiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)What you''ll bringFull unrestricted Australian Driver''s License (must have)Comfortable commuting and working out of our Haberfield HubIntermediate level computer skillsStrong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environmentExcellent attention to detailThe ability to ensure all compliance requirements are metThe ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfactionPrevious customer service experience (desirable)Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles(desirable)What we offerPerformance based bonusSalary packaging with 15% employer contributions for Electric Vehicles A day off on your birthdayEmployee Assistance ProgramDedicated Learning & Development platformSplend is a dynamic growth company with a shared vision for success.
