You will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate our freelance crew''s travel for live sports broadcasts.The hybrid role''s hours are primarily Monday to Friday business hours but due to the nature of live sport, will include after hours and some weekend work.Key Responsibilities but not limited to:Liaise with broadcast crew to organise flights and accommodation for all projectsCoordinate efficient ground transport between airport, venues and hotelsManage crew correspondence and emailsOrganise accreditation and venue induction requirementsRequired skills and attributes:Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essentialMinimum of one year travel experience desirable but not essentialExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressure and solve problemsBe a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomouslyHigh level of organisation and attention to detailBenefits of working at NEPNEP Travel benefits & discounts including Qantas Club Membership & Flight CentreDiscounts through Employment Hero Work appEmployee Assistance ProgramOn site parking at Eveleigh (subject to availability)This Full-Time contract position is located in Sydney.
