What you''ll be doingTo provide an effective and efficient Social Work service that addresses the psychosocial aspects of care for patients as identified, providing intervention including support, education and resources to assist in dealing with health events.To actively participate and contribute to the continued development of the Social Work professional role in the context of Health.About YouYou are a qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification), providing eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). You bring extensive experience and expertise in Social Work within the healthcare context, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
