As part of the Services Payroll team you will be supporting the payroll processing of all services employees. The primary purpose of this role is ensuring the accurate processing of payroll.About the roleThe primary objective of the Payroll Administration position is to execute the service delivery of weekly payroll cycles. This role will be responsible for actual processing and working with the central payroll operations team and outsourced payroll provider.You''ll alsoEnsure successful completion of base roster creation, leave management and payroll exceptions in Kronos, Time Management Workbench (TMW) and other associated systems.Maintain all elements required to ensure integrity of payroll processingWork with support functions to ensure smooth processing of weekly payroll Liaise with site stakeholders for timely approval of payroll related activitiesProvide support as required for executing operational processes and practices that ensure the accurate delivery of payroll activitiesEnsure that there is effective payroll controls embedded for payroll processes and practices to minimise non-compliance risksManage external providers to ensure smooth delivery of payroll processingAbout you and your skillsProven experience in a payroll processing environmentDemonstrated experience with payroll and T&A systems.Previous Kronos, One Team or similar experience an advantage Demonstrated understanding of payroll tax and WorkCover legislation, superannuation and PAYGDemonstrated experience in interpreting complex industrial instruments including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EAs)Experience in identifying and resolving compliance risksIf this role sounds like the one for you, have a chat with your line manager, then get your application in If it''s not for you, but sounds like one for someone you know, share it with them, and you may be eligible for a $1,500 referral bonus.Job ID: 174806Employment Type: Full time
