IMDEX is looking for a dynamic Technical Service Representative to lead the charge in promoting our industry-leading products and services across South Australia. The successful candidate will be based from a home office, and be required to travel to sites regularly in South Australia and the Northern Territory.As the face of IMDEX to our clients, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value. Your day-to-day will include:Marketing and selling IMDEX''s solutions to both existing and potential customersRolling out strategic client contact plans to launch new products and spark meaningful sales campaignsServing as the go-to expert for client inquiries, ensuring fast and effective solutionsCrafting tailored solutions that align with each client''s goals and operational needsTo be successfulWe''re looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and driving results. The successful candidate will haveexceptional Sales and Account management skills with significant experience in either the resources, exploration, drilling or construction industry.Training with IMDEX products will be provided.You will also bring:2+ years'' experience in a similar role or within the resources industryProven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectationsWillingness to travel to remote mine sites (minimum 1 week per month) we''ll equip you with a company car, laptop, and phoneConfidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Pronto is a bonusStrong planning, analytical, and decision-making skillsAt IMDEX - we do things differentlyIMDEX is a unique blend of technology and mining.
