About the Role We''re looking for a Service Manager, Configuration, Capacity & Availability to take ownership of Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) within a complex multi-provider SIAM environment. You''ll ensure that our customers'' Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is accurate, trusted and driving better operational decisions. You''ll lead governance across providers, keep the SACM framework aligned with ITIL v4 and SIAM principles, and help everyone stay accountable to the same high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, you''ll work closely with service providers, operations, and governance forums to keep data clean, risks visible, and have a focus on continuous improvement. What You''ll Be DoingOwn and manage the SACM framework across a multi-provider environment.Maintain CMDB integrity and asset lifecycle accuracy.Lead governance forums, ensuring providers meet compliance obligations.Drive continuous improvement and automation of SACM processes.Collaborate with providers on reconciliation, audit, and validation activities.Deliver monthly SACM governance reports and performance insights.Ensure integration of SACM with Change, Incident, and Problem Management.Track KPIs across CMDB health, asset compliance, and governance outcomes.What You''ll Bring5+ years'' experience in IT Service Management, including at least 3 years in SACM or Configuration Management.Proven experience in multi-provider SIAM environments.Strong understanding of ITIL v4 SACM and governance frameworks.Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to CMDB accuracy.Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM workflows.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Australian citizenship (eligible for NV1 clearance).Desirable: ITIL v4 Managing Professional or SIAM certification.Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP).Experience with CMDB automation and asset discovery tools.Why You''ll Love It at AC3Be part of a leading SIAM team shaping secure, integrated service delivery for major enterprises.Work with cutting edge technology in a high trust, low ego environment.Enjoy hybrid working flexibility, career growth pathways, and a culture that rewards initiative.Live the AC3 Way - Work Wise, Work Humble, Work Honest.Ready to Make Technology Real?
