You will be the architect of our frontline excellence, responsible for training our Customer Service Consultants and Technicians to deliver professional, empathetic, and expert service.Helping to develop a training role for a global leader like Rentokil Initial is an excellent move. A Trainer in this role must bridge the gap between technical pest knowledge and the "Wow" service experience the company prides itself on.Your responsibilities will include :Assist the Customer Service Training Manager to resolve training requirements for various customer operationsConduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on the job training, use of computer systems and software, interpersonal skills, quality process issues and product knowledgeDrive the customer service competency standards across the businessProvide one on one coaching to frontline staff where appropriateProvide support to all national and regional business locations via interstate travel or other technology contact mediumsRequirements :2+ years experience in a Training or Coaching role, ideally within a service-heavy or highly regulated industry (Facilities Management, Logistics, or Utilities).Exceptional verbal and written skills.
