This role involves overseeing the assessment, planning, and delivery of recovery-focused care for high-risk, vulnerable consumers with complex needs. The Clinical Manager leads the team in addressing priority issues, fosters ongoing development of clinical practice, and identifies education needs to enhance team knowledge.
