With genuine passion and precision, you will create the first impression of the Four Seasons experience, making this department critical to our success.What You Will DoHandle guest enquiries via phone and email, converting conversations into confirmed bookingsLiaise with VIP guests, wholesalers, and travel agents to make, amend, and confirm reservationsStay knowledgeable on all hotel offerings including restaurants, bar, and spa to upsell services and personalise guest experiencesEnsure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and service excellence of Four SeasonsWhat You BringOutstanding communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and build rapportA true passion for delivering memorable guest experiencesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsAt least 1 year of experience in Reservations or Front Office within a large international hotelFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekendsPrevious experience with Opera PMS is highly regardedWhat We OfferAt Four Seasons, our people are our greatest asset.
