This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery within Victoria''s largest public health service.You''ll provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the Pharmacy Leadership Team and staff, helping maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and contributing to a high-performing healthcare environment.What Your Day Might Look LikeProvide administrative support to Pharmacy leadership and clinical teamsManage meeting coordination, room bookings, and minute-takingAssist with rostering, data entry, and maintaining IT asset registersRespond to enquiries and provide professional, courteous assistance to staff and visitorsMaintain accurate records for rotations, mandatory training, and complianceSupport ad hoc administrative tasks and cover for team members during leaveAbout UsMonash Health is Victoria''s largest public health service, with over 22,000 employees working across seven hospitals and community settings.
