About the Role As an Aged Care Employee working within our Wellbeing Services team, you''ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing programs and activities designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life of elderly residents. This role involves creating engaging and meaningful activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.Your warm-hearted care will provide experiences that enhance our residents'' wellbeing and overall quality of life and truly make a positive impact on their lives.
