Primary LocationVIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St Job Description SummaryService Stream are on the hunt for a new Data Assurance Officer About the RoleService Stream''s Corporate division are currently seeking a Data Assurance Officer to join our Transaction Services team.Reporting directly to the Performance & Compliance Lead, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring integrity in Supplier onboarding processes and systems and in maintaining accurate and compliant records in our financial and supporting systems.In addition to system administration activities, you will play an important role in working with internal business teams and engaging with external Suppliers to ensure that our data remains robust, accurate and is maintained to a high standard. You also will be responsible for processing administration activities related to our corporate expense platform.Based in our Collins Street head office (VIC), and offered on a permanent full-time basis, this position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who has a keen eye detail and has an interest in working with and upholding compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Timely, accurate maintenance of compliant data in financial systemsPromote and champion compliance policies and proceduresRespond to data entry or maintenance requests and enquiries in a timely mannerSupport data management and data hygiene activitiesWorking collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issuesContribute to process improvement initiatives.About You:2+ years'' experience working as a system/database administrator or similar relevant experience.Prior experience with workforce compliance system administration activities is highly regarded (Workforce Compliance, HSE, HRIS, or similar platforms).Experience with financial systems (ERP), particularly maintaining Customer/Supplier Master Data is advantageousExperience within the telecommunications and utilities industry is desirableStrong Excel knowledge, including the ability to analyze dataAbout Us:Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia''s essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.We keep communities connected.Benefits of working with us include:Flexible working- All flexibility requests are genuinely considered.
