You''ll bring:Deep knowledge of contemporary education issues and frameworks, with a track record of delivering schoolwide teaching and learning improvements.Strong capability in the production, analysis and interpretation of learning outcomes data to inform intervention and lift academic standards.Experience leading teams: setting priorities, communicating expectations, and achieving measurable outcomes.Ability to engage students, staff and families in a diverse communityfostering critical thinking, creativity and excellence.High proficiency with digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning; strong written, verbal and listening skills; outstanding organisation and attention to detail.Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) and unrestricted working rights in Australia.To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, solution focussed and thrive in a fast-paced multi-faceted school environment.
