Dingo Ate My TacoTaquerIa sin Nombre is a new agave-focussed venue in Chinatown from the Dingo Ate My Taco team. We are looking for experienced part time or full time bartenders. The truck quickly became a Melbourne cult favourite, selling out almost daily for several years. Our tacos are completely made from scratch, and we place a high value on doing the best and most interesting food possible, but in casual settings. We''ve run a series of long-term and short-term pop-ups, opened a brick-and-mortar location, and done everything from interstate to international collaborations.
