As one of the leading florist wholesalers in Rocklea, we are looking for a casual retail sales assistant to join our team. We are looking for reliable, hard-working, and responsible individuals who have a strong work ethic. The ability to work under supervision as well as being a self-starter is essential in an extremely fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes:Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to place customer service as a first priority.Neat and professional presentation.Emphasis on efficiency and punctuation.Resilient mindset showing initiative to perform to a high standard.Excellent competency to conduct tasks in a professional manner.Enjoy working in a dynamic and past-faced environment.Be enthusiastic and willing to take on any task necessary.Experience with MS Office and VEND POS is highly preferable.Photographing and photo editing skills preferred. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:Servicing customers at the front counter.Answering phone calls and inquiries.Receiving orders and deliveries.Wrapping of mixed and single floral bunches.Labeling of each product.Unpacking of boxes.Knowledge of cut flower type, flower care, and flower quality.
