This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.EnerMech is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join the team at Lytton Refinery in Brisbane on a full-time role.RequirementsDuties and ResponsibilitiesContribute to compliance with all relevant Work Health and Safety legislation & environmental regulationsEnsure that the construction project is carried out safely and with minimal environmental impactParticipate in incident investigations and make recommendations for corrective actionsConduct safety inductions and in-house trainingCommunicate HSE initiatives in daily pre-start meetings, induction programs, and toolbox meetingsConduct hazard observations, risk assessments & safety audits and inspectionsUndertake regular internal HSE audits & attend client HSE meetingsMaintain accurate records and produce reports as requiredLiaise with 3rd party quality inspectors, auditors, clients and other stakeholders as applicableSkills and ExperienceCertificate IV OHS or equivalent5+ years'' experience in a HSE role within the industrial construction industryGood understanding of HSE legislation and requirementsGood understanding of ISO, AS/NZ and NATA requirementsA leader with excellent written and communication skills and ability to motive and influence othersIf this sounds like you, please apply through the link or directly through our website
