Starting with our first store at Castle Towers, we now have 6 stores from Ocean Keys in WA to Geelong in Victoria and we are set to expand even moreWe''re being known as the go to destination for trending beauty, bringing the world within reach with brands like Made by Mitchell, Titir, Medicube, Kalade and many moreAbout the role:Our Assistant Retail Managers are key to bringing our brand to life They''re customer service superstars who know how to make people feel welcome, inspired, and connected on a personal level, helping them be the best they can be.Supporting our Retail Manager, you''ll motivate the team every day to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for each customer, making them feel like a VIP.With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you''ll lead by example and help empower your team through fun training, mentoring, coaching, and feedback, making sure they feel supported, confident, and ready to succeed.
