About the roleWe''recurrently seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our Legal team on a 45 day per week basis. In this role,you''llprovidehigh leveladministrative, research and transactional support, including preparing and reviewing contracts and managing the internal execution process for a variety of legal documents. With QIC''s diverse investment portfolio, every day will bring something new.You''llgain exposure to a broad range of matters and play a key role in supporting the team across multiple projects.Key responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing,amendingand formatting a variety of legal documents including NDAs, consultancyagreementsand other contracts.Coordinatingthe internal execution process for legal documentation.Responding to enquiries and gathering information to support the preparation of written responses.Assistingwith the creation, maintenance and administration of systems and processes.Providing research, transactional and administrative support to the Legal team.Overseeing document and email management, filing and general administrative tasks.Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting colleagues where needed.Managing the filing system and meeting archiving requirements.AboutyouYou are someone whodeliversprofessionalandefficientquality work,bringsattention todetailandhasconfidence working with a range of stakeholders.You''requick toidentifyissues, proactive in finding solutions and eager to continue developing yourexpertise.You willlikely have:Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.Proven research abilities and experience compiling information to develop reports,responsesor presentations.Highqualitywritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability tomaintainconfidentiality.A curious, adaptable mindset and a genuine desire to learn.Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.Current studies or completed qualifications in Lawpreferred.Previouscorporate office experience preferred.Ifyou''reenthusiastic, proactive,detaildrivenand thrive in dynamic environments,we''dlove to hear from you.
